Shipping & Return Policy

Can I return an item?

All of the items in the repurposed designer collection are final sale and may not be returned. Items in the general collection are only eligible for an exchange within 7 days of your order date arrival. Please understand that we are a small business and we cannot afford to do returns at the moment. Similarly, after an order is placed and processed you are not able to cancel the order. If your item arrives damaged, please send us an email to marhabavintage@gmail.com and we will work with you to reach a solution.

Do you ship international?

Yes, we ship international! It is a $15 flat rate for international shipping. Please be aware that customs fees may apply.

How long does shipping take?

For domestic (US) orders, allow 5-7 days for processing and 3-5 days for the package to arrive. For international orders, allow 2-3 weeks for your package to arrive. With the COVID-19 pandemic, packages are taking much longer than normal to arrive, so please be patient during this time as your package may be delayed.

I put the wrong address / forgot my apartment number, how can I fix this?

If your order has not processed yet, we will work with you to get your address fixed. However, if your order has processed you will be responsible for the extra shipping charges in order to process a new shipping label. If your package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, you will be responsible to pay for the shipping fee to correct the address. ALWAYS double check to make sure your address is complete!

What happens if my package was never delivered by USPS?

Marhaba Vintage is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package was lost by the shipping carrier or misplaced by them (very rare), we are not responsible for this. If this occurs, please check with the shipping carrier and file a missing package claim and ask them for further assistance. If your package was stolen from your porch, it is your responsibility to know when the shipping carrier arrives and to make sure someone is home in order to retrieve the package. We will also work with you as best as we can in order to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
